Refund Policy

At Keystart Connect, we strive to provide valuable, actionable content and services. We stand behind our offerings, but due to the digital nature of our products, please review our refund policy below:

1. Online Courses & Digital Products

All sales of digital products (courses, templates, CRM automations, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

We encourage users to review product details and attend free masterclasses before making a purchase decision.

2. Coaching Programs

For live or group coaching programs:

  • A 100% refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, only if no sessions have been attended and no content has been accessed.

  • After 7 days or if content has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

3. Subscription Tools

If you are on a monthly plan:

  • You may cancel anytime, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.

  • No pro-rated refunds for unused days.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the above criteria, email us within the eligible window:

Include your name, email, product name, and reason for refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all requests fairly and promptly. Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback — we’re here to help.
